Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our vibrant retail team. This role involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to drive sales within a retail environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and possess strong communication and selling skills to enhance the customer experience and meet store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales & Customer Engagement
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate products
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to influence buying decisions
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets
• Process billing, handle payment transactions, and ensure smooth checkout

Customer Relationship Management
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business
• Collect and update customer information for loyalty and follow-up
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Provide post-sale service and coordinate with internal teams as needed

Store Operations & Inventory Support
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks
• Report damaged or missing stock and coordinate restocking
• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards

Reporting & CRM Updates
• Record daily sales activities and customer interactions in GEN ERP
• Share insights and customer feedback with the team to improve offerings
• Participate in weekly sales reviews and performance discussions
• Support promotional campaigns and merchandising efforts

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with GEN ERP, POS systems, and Google Sheets
• Energetic, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
• Positive attitude and team spirit
